Being that we have a child with a disability it is a lot and it’s a challenge, and we were always worried about down the road, his future, possibly when we are not around. They really helped us out so we don’t have that worry anymore. Like we know he is going to be okay.

Richard and Heidi have been very down to earth with us and made sure we always understood every step of the way, and it’s very touching and it means a lot, it meant a lot to us, it still does, it always will. It’s an experience we will never forget.

Our son was born with some injuries to his right arm and hand, and we contacted a lawyer and we were doing business with this lawyer for 4 to 5 years, the case was not moving along unfortunately and we came to Bogoroch and Associates when the case was on the brink of being dismissed from court.

We were a little panicked. We were quite surprised when we did find out that our case was about to be dismissed so we were very happy when we came to Mr. Bogoroch and Associates.

We didn’t know what to expect, we never heard from anybody whereas when we came here it was just—

Brenda
—a whole difference experience.

Steven
Yeah.

Brenda
Because they were working for us and they made that clear, they were working for us. Previously to that we were having e-mails not answered, phone calls not answered. We were kind of in limbo, we didn’t know what was going on and Heidi and Richard made it very clear to us that we can call them any time and they called us, kept us up to date with everything.

And they worked amazingly to get our case back into the courts and dropped the motion to be dismissed.

They didn’t treat us like a client, like they… I mean they are always available by phone, we came here numerous times, we met everybody, they almost treated us almost like a family, eh?

Brenda
Yes.

Yes, very kind, very considerate and we felt very comfortable with them right from our very first meeting and going forward. They made us feel very comfortable and they understood, you know, were very compassionate and they understood what we were going through.

It was settled right before we went to trial, and that was a huge relief.

Steven
Yeah.
Brenda
And we were very happy about that, and very relieved for it to be over with.

Steve
Yeah, it’s been a long journey.

Brenda:
And that day was really emotional and, you know, Heidi and Richard were there for us all the way, we were very satisfied with everything that they did with… for Darris, for our case, for us, always there for us no matter what, very accommodating and we were just completely satisfied overall. They made a world of difference in our son’s life.
