Mahsa Dabirian joined Bogoroch & Associates LLP in October 2012 as an Associate and was admitted to the Partnership in January 2018.
Mahsa completed a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Masters in Sociology from McMaster University. She went on to complete her Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School, where she was awarded the Harley D. Hallett Scholarship. In law school, Mahsa worked as a Division Leader at the Community & Legal Aid Services Programme. Prior to joining Bogoroch & Associates LLP, Mahsa articled at a litigation firm in Toronto and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.
Mahsa is a committed advocate on behalf of injured clients in all areas of personal injury litigation, with a focus on medical malpractice proceedings against physicians, hospitals, nurses and other health care professionals. She has experience in medical injuries arising from surgical error, misdiagnosis, delayed diagnosis, birthing trauma and prescription drug errors.
Mahsa is a member of the Medico-Legal Society of Toronto, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and the Iranian Canadian Legal Professionals. In addition to her academic and legal pursuits, Mahsa spends her spare time volunteering for non-profit charitable organizations in the community.
