Suing a major insurance company for lost benefits was not something I was comfortable doing, but Richard Bogoroch’s confidence and professionalism inspired me to soldier on. I was impressed with Richard’s knowledge of Lupus and his understanding of how my illness prevented me from returning to my previous occupation. His empathy and perseverance was very much appreciated.
