Richard M. Bogoroch and Heidi R. Brown will be participating in the upcoming 15th Annual Update: Personal Injury Law and Practice as part of Osgoode Hall Law School’s Professional Development program. Richard M. Bogoroch is pleased to be the program’s co-chair and will also be presenting on the topic of Expert Evidence: Recent Developments and the Scope of Expert Testimony. Heidi R. Brown will be speaking on the topic of Rule 7 Approval Motions and Appropriate Lawyers’ Fees Charged to Parties Under Disability alongside The Hon. Madam Justice Darla Wilson, Superior Court of Justice (Ontario).
